Q: What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Dallas Love Field (DAL) or Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
- Love Field (DAL) is about a 20-minute drive to the conference.

No, the retreat is designed to be an in-person experience to foster deeper connection and learning. We encourage you to be present and fully engaged throughout the two-day event.
Q: Will there be special alumni pricing?
Yes! As an alumni of previous Avestor events, you can take advantage of Alumni Early Bird Pricing. The $499 rate is available until March 15, 2026. After that, the price will increase to standard ticket pricing.
Q: Can I show up without a ticket?
No. This event requires significant planning, and we also incur fees for last-minute changes to our catering order with the hotel. Please register in advance to ensure your participation.

Q: What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to another fund manager by contacting our team.

Yes! Registration costs can typically be considered a fund expense. We recommend confirming with your CPA to ensure it qualifies under your fund's expense guidelines.
Q: Can I bring a guest or my family?
While you’re welcome to travel with family or guests, the retreat sessions are exclusively for fund managers. We kindly ask that guests do not attend the sessions or meals.
Q: What’s the dress code?
Business casual is perfect. You’ll be networking with other fund managers and the Avestor team, so feel free to keep it polished but comfortable.
Q: What if I need to cancel my registration?
Tickets are non-refundable, but we understand plans can change. If you're no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing
[email protected]. While we can’t offer a refund, we do allow ticket transfers to another fund manager. Please let us know if you're going to transfer your ticket.
